The sun was shining on Åby and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Lieutenant Crusher sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




This is the positions after 500m. Abrianna Bia, Flaming Queen, Lost In Dreams, Red Barchetta, Fagerviks Stunning Bouguet, Lieutenant Crusher, Stolen Fawlty, Indian Sneaker.




Red Barchetta sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Red Barchetta was still in the lead after 1500m.




Red Barchetta kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead. Lucky Cookie was disturbed and gallopped for 10 m.



With only a little left of the race Flaming Queen galoped for 20 m. Red Barchetta sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Flaming Queen sprinted over the finishline before Stolen Fawlty and Red Barchetta.
