One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Close Work sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Diamant Brut quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Close Work looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Blitz Thunder couldn't come out from behind the leader, Diamant Brut.



Diamant Brut was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Diamant Brut looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Blitz Thunder couldn't come out from behind the leader, Close Work.






Winner of todays race was Close Work. Blitz Thunder came in second. Diamant Brut became third.
