One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Magic Beat took the lead after a very quick start.




Herkules Dynamite saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. driver couldn't keep Sergeant Bandwith to trotting so they were disqualified. A bird flew just in front of Just Wave who started to galop and lost 20 m.




Magic Beat looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Super Lightning couldn't come out from behind the leader, Herkules Dynamite.




Super Lightning looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Super Lightning was still in the lead after 2000m.



Lille Grå was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Magic Beat litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Super Lightning won the race after a spectacular finish.
