One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Endless Pride tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Black Cloud that came steaming ahead.

This is the positions after 500m. The Noble Horse, Dove Honey, Empiress, Royal Phantom, Black Cloud, Endless Pride, Criminal Deal, Shooting Rocket. driver couldn't keep Bilbo Baggins to trotting so they were disqualified.

Empiress looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Criminal Deal couldn't come out from behind the leader, The Noble Horse.

Empiress saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.

Empiress sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Endless Pride never caught up with Empiress who won. Black Cloud came third.
