It had been raining for several days at Bergsåker but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Starstruck Wish sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. De Débardeur suddenly started to galop. Henrik Svensson had to struggle to get De Débardeur to tror again and succeded after 50 m. Nouveau Triomphe suddenly started to galop. Ulf Ohlsson had to struggle to get Nouveau Triomphe to tror again and succeded after 10 m. Universe Power suddenly started to galop. Alf Jonsson had to struggle to get Universe Power to tror again and succeded after 50 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Nouveau Triomphe, Crywolf, Diablo In Disguise, Sliding Sword, De Débardeur, Power Hero, Universe Power, Rugged Action. Tanned And Oiled galloped for 60m and was disqualified.

Nouveau Triomphe clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.

Sliding Sword clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Nouveau Triomphe galop. Nouveau Triomphe lost 40 m. Diablo In Disguise showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.

Universe Power won. Cinnamon Ron came in second. Starstruck Wish caught third place.
