One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
De Medeci took the lead after a very quick start. Claes Svensson wanted a little to much in the start and De Medeci galoped for 30 m.
This is the positions after 500m. Shiny Colours, Shining Armor, Advanced
Sword, Explode, De Débardeur, Equilibrare Futuro Pace, Pommard, Lou Siffer.
Lou Siffer looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Pommard couldn't come out from behind the leader, Shiny Colours.
Pommard saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.
driver couldn't keep Lou Siffer to trotting so they were disqualified. Pommard kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.
De Medeci sprinted over the finishline before De Débardeur and Pommard.
