Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Giant Fly. Cute Kentucky ended up behind the leader. Tough River got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.

The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.

Watch Them Come kept the speed the whole finish and won before Chakotay and Giant Fly.
