It had been raining for several days at Tornio but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Jumping Missile tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Columbus that came steaming ahead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Jumping Missile sprinted to the front.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Jumping Missile today. It continued in the lead.




Columbus took the lead.



Columbus looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






No-one could catch Columbus today who won before Jumping Missile and Jena Coffeeshop.
