One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Patchouli could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Patchouli was in fine shape and held the lead.




Le Monde sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Close Rocket suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 20 m. Perfect Silverheart was disturbed and galoped 40 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Le Monde followed by Old Asteroid and Patchouli. Lane two Frasses Nittonde followed by Shining Wind and Jumping Missile.



Frasses Nittonde was first on the homestretch followed by Old Asteroid and Shining Wind.

Old Asteroid galoped way to long and was disqualified.




Frasses Nittonde didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
