Only a humble breeze blew over Kokkola this day. The track where in perfect shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Chancer could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.

This is the positions after 500m. Agnar, Fatto Da Seta, Magnon, Strong Factory, Stretching Nova, Confident Sword, Chancer, Corn Cob. Mehu Katti was disturbed and galoped 50 m.

Strong Factory sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Strong Factory followed by Josmina Bakaou and Chancer. Lane two Corn Cob followed by Fatto Da Seta and Stretching Nova. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Confident Sword gallopped for 40 m.

Corn Cob was first on the homestretch followed by Strong Factory and Fatto Da Seta.

Chancer won. Josmina Bakaou came in second. Fatto Da Seta caught third place.
