Start List
The sun was shining on Rättvik today. A perfect day for trotting. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Siryessir. Fighting Satellite ended up behind the leader. Going For Gold got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. High Connection quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. High Connection was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Bandido Cherry saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Bandido Cherry didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead. High Connection suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead. Ove A Lindqvist tried a little too much on the homestretch and Going For Gold started to galopp and lost 40 m. No-one could catch High Connection today who won before Siryessir and Global Runner. Känns för tillfället inte särskilt het och här är det en handfull bättre hästar emot, så det ser tufft ut på en distans där han aldrig varit bra tidigare. Ska vara oerhört nöjd med peng här. /
