The weather had been good all week and Halmstad was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Le Tonnerre took the lead after a very quick start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and As You Please sprinted to the front.




Stepping Box sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Balette saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.



With only a little left of the race Bedna Blízký galoped for 30 m. Le Tonnerre speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Winner of todays race was Le Tonnerre. Balette came in second. Bedna Blízký became third.
