Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Drammen track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





General Beard was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




This is the positions after 500m. Just Blast, Intelligent Blast, General Beard, Lyxwaux, Power Behemoth, Punching Strategy, Honourable Power, . A bird flew just in front of Honourable Power who started to galop and lost 40 m. Punching Strategy started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Just Blast clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Just Blast followed by Power Behemoth and General Beard. Lane two Intelligent Blast followed by Lyxwaux and Honourable Power. Lyxwaux started to gallop after 1500m and Gunnar Austevoll had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



With only a little left of the race Intelligent Blast galoped for 30 m. Just Blast looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

General Beard galopped for 30 m on the homestretch.




No-one could catch Just Blast today who won before Lyxwaux and Power Behemoth.
