The sun was shining on Åby today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Kanatlia took the lead after a very quick start. When the startcar left the field Kanatlia started to galop and lost 20 m.




Kanatlia was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.




En Plantet took the lead after 1000m. Kanatlia didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one En Plantet followed by Falling Legend and Powerful Behemoth. Lane two Kanatlia followed by Indian Sneaker and Soumi Sisu.




En Plantet was still in the lead after 2000m. Happy Thrasher showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.



Kanatlia was first on the homestretch followed by En Plantet and Falling Legend.






Kanatlia didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
