The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Arvika today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Major found a gap and took the lead. Massacre followed before Comfortable Moon. Comfortable Moon was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Puzzle, Absolute Red Rose, Comfortable Moon, Paradise Rose, Major, Sleepy Summer, Massacre, Stifling Tropic.




Puzzle clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Major galoped after 1000m and lost 30 m.




Paradise Rose accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



driver couldn't keep Absolute Red Rose to trotting so they were disqualified. Paradise Rose kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Massacre won the race after a spectacular finish.
