One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Sudden Thinker was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




Sudden Thinker was in fine shape and held the lead.




Blanche sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Sudden Thinker accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Blanche was first on the homestretch followed by Sudden Thinker and Running Red.

Tropical Pie was disturbed and galopped for 20 m.




Running Red never caught up with Blanche who won. Sudden Thinker came third.
