One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Climbing Strategy sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.

Stunning Brightness quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Shelter Creek took the lead after 1000m. Climbing Strategy didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Vilppulan Mikko was disturbed and galoped 30 m.

Please Hurry saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Climbing Strategy gallopped for 20 m. The Blower's Daughter started to gallop after 1500m and Robert Bergh had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

Stunning Brightness was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Please Hurry sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Sioux Fighter won. Please Hurry came in second. Shelter Creek caught third place.
