Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Kurtakko track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Ia Ixi was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Queen Of Hearts suddenly started to galop. Harri Koivunen had to struggle to get Queen Of Hearts to tror again and succeded after 40 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Criminal Folder, Fint For Resten, Ia Ixi, Queen Of Hearts, Knockout Wood, , , . A bird flew just in front of Criminal Folder who started to galop and lost 20 m.




Fint For Resten sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Fint For Resten was still in the lead after 1500m.



Fint For Resten looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Esa Holopainen tried a little too much on the homestretch and Ia Ixi started to galopp and lost 20 m.




Criminal Folder won the race after a spectacular finish.
