The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Åmål today.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Jackies Peaceofheaven found a gap and took the lead. Steel Blast followed before Into The Night. When the startcar left the field Power Action started to galop and lost 30 m. Åke Svanstedt wanted a little to much in the start and Jackies Peaceofheaven galoped for 30 m. Pernilla T Johansson wanted a little to much in the start and Into The Night galoped for 20 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Ice Cold Flower, Sorry Sam, Into The Night, Les Rouge Rosier, Big Mountain, Rock N Roll, Steel Blast, Douze.

Big Mountain sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Big Mountain today. It continued in the lead. Rock N Roll started to gallop after 1500m and Marcus Hultman had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

Big Mountain sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Jackies Peaceofheaven made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Pretty Wind.
