The sun was shining on Åby and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Summer Harmony. Glory Gallant ended up behind the leader. Iskender Boy got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




Iskender Boy was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead. Iskender Boy was disturbed and galoped 10 m.




Iskender Boy looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Coast To Coast couldn't come out from behind the leader, Glory Gallant.




Iskender Boy was still in the lead after 1500m.



Glory Gallant looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Winner of todays race was Iskender Boy. Coast To Coast came in second. Glory Gallant became third.
