Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Hankasalmi track was in top-condition.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Shooting Play tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Little Towel that came steaming ahead.

General Bomb saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

General Bomb clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Im Impressed suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 20 m.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop General Bomb today. It continued in the lead. Pretty Starlight started to gallop after 1500m and Ari Moilanen had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

In A Row was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. General Bomb were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Little Nova galopped for 10 m on the homestretch. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Pretty Starlight galop. Pretty Starlight lost 40 m.

Final standings. 1 Shooting Play, 2 General Bomb, 3 Little Towel.
