The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Solvalla today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Gunther Pond was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Evelotion Palema galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Jörgen Sjunnesson wanted a little to much in the start and Silver Arrow galoped for 40 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Star Gate Steve sprinted to the front.




Opposing Cookie sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Secret Transit was disturbed and galoped 20 m.




Opposing Cookie was still in the lead after 1500m.




Opposing Cookie was still in the lead after 2000m.



Opposing Cookie sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Flag Day sprinted over the finishline before Opposing Cookie and Gunther Pond.
