Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Åmål track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Hermes Steel tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Cookie Dough that came steaming ahead. Sarah Swahn wanted a little to much in the start and Hermes Steel galoped for 40 m.




Alexander Elite quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Alexander Elite was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Hermes Steel looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Cookie Dough put some pressure on the leader and could take over.



With only a little left of the race Shotgun Blues galoped for 50 m. Cookie Dough looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Alexander Elite galoped way to long and was disqualified.




Final standings. 1 Hermes Steel, 2 Cookie Dough, 3 Credit Hall.
