One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





L'oreille Cassée took the lead after a very quick start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Stifling Queen sprinted to the front.




Funky Pony sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Funky Pony followed by High Class Jewel and Breaking Wind. Lane two Waving Giggle followed by L'oreille Cassée and Stifling Queen.



With only a little left of the race Holy Daffodil galoped for 20 m. Waving Giggle suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

Eirik Høitomt tried a little too much on the homestretch and High Class Jewel started to galopp and lost 50 m.




Breaking Wind won the race after a spectacular finish.
