One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Viva La France tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Jumping King Charles that came steaming ahead.




Jumping King Charles was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead. A bird flew just in front of Climbing Platinum who started to galop and lost 30 m.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Sleeping Giggle accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Rapid Runnin' Ray galloped way to long and was disqualified. Sleeping Giggle were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Viva La France galop. Viva La France lost 30 m.




Jumping King Charles sprinted over the finishline before Ambush and Sleeping Giggle.
