The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Åmål this day.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Star King found a gap and took the lead. Platinum Sniper followed before Gold Runner.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Tell Me More sprinted to the front.

Winning Streak Power took the lead after 1000m. Screamer didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Winning Streak Power was still in the lead after 1500m.

Platinum Sniper put some pressure on the leader and could take over.

With only a little left of the race Star King galoped for 10 m. Calming Movement suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

Calming Movement didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
