One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Trippeltrubbelmaker took the lead after a very quick start. Beetle Peaks suddenly started to galop. Jim Oscarsson had to struggle to get Beetle Peaks to tror again and succeded after 30 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Helpful Rock, Dead Behemoth, In Dreams, Beetle Peaks, Queen, Trippeltrubbelmaker, Snowball, Climb To Top. A bird flew just in front of Climb To Top who started to galop and lost 30 m. driver couldn't keep General Thrasher to trotting so they were disqualified.




Dead Behemoth sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Dead Behemoth followed by Trippeltrubbelmaker and Queen. Lane two Beetle Peaks followed by Climb To Top and Helpful Rock.



Dead Behemoth were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Beetle Peaks galopped for 40 m on the homestretch.




Trippeltrubbelmaker sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
