One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Goldfinger found a gap and took the lead. Stunning Sunflower followed before Candy Stick.




Candy Stick was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.




Candy Stick looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Stunning Sunflower couldn't come out from behind the leader, Goldfinger.




Goldfinger was still in the lead after 1500m.



Goldfinger were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Goldfinger didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
