Only a humble breeze blew over Halsua this day. The track where in perfect shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Where The Scatman tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Sharp Mind that came steaming ahead.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Fighting Technology looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Pretty Thinker couldn't come out from behind the leader, Sharp Mind.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Fighting Technology followed by Pretty Thinker and Where The Scatman. Lane two Sharp Mind followed by Ignacijus Bakaou and Tom Collins.




Fighting Technology kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Pretty Thinker sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Where The Scatman was disturbed and galopped for 30 m.




Fighting Technology didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
