One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Power Ship was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. General Fist was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m. Insane Queen was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m. driver couldn't keep Belinda to trotting so they were disqualified.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Saint Darling sprinted to the front. A bird flew just in front of Cagliostro who started to galop and lost 40 m.

Gehoben Ruf took the lead after 1000m. Heavy Runner didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. driver couldn't keep Insane Queen to trotting so they were disqualified.

Power Ship sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
