It had been raining for several days at Sørlandet but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Image Du Jour took the lead after a very quick start. When the startcar left the field Duke Of Arch started to galop and lost 20 m.




Set The Trend quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Confident Star sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Image Du Jour suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 20 m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Confident Star today. It continued in the lead.



Confident Star sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Image Du Jour sprinted over the finishline before Golden Star and Bye Bye.
