The sun was shining on Jägersro and it was a perfect day for trotting.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Stavanger Sun could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. When the startcar left the field Stavanger Sun started to galop and lost 30 m. Anders Lindqvist wanted a little to much in the start and Speedy John galoped for 10 m.

Tacitus saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Speedy John was disturbed and galoped 40 m. Sleeping Gold was disturbed and galoped 10 m.

Sliding Crusher sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Sliding Crusher today. It continued in the lead.

Sliding Crusher was still in the lead after 2000m. Stavanger Sun was disturbed and gallopped for 20 m.

Sliding Crusher litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Stavanger Sun galoped way to long and was disqualified.

Engel Larockma won. Sliding Crusher came in second. Buy Me A Ticket caught third place.
