The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Gävle this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Bard took the lead after a very quick start.




Dominique quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Zizou Votolato took the lead after 1000m. Steel Mountain didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Zizou Votolato followed by Fagerviks Birdie and Growing Box. Lane two Steel Mountain followed by Answer The Question and Force De Traction. Bard galloped for 30 m.




Steel Mountain seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead. Bard gallopped 10 m after 2000m.



With only a little left of the race Bard galoped for 10 m. Mickey Blue Eyes was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Steel Mountain were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Bard showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




Winner of todays race was Steel Mountain. Zizou Votolato came in second. Answer The Question became third.
