One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Dessert Girl took the lead after a very quick start.




This is the positions after 500m. Running Devil, Angelica Angel, Dessert Girl, Maple Leaf Hero, Pure Power, Turbo Speed, Ragazzo Bellissimo, Chien De Guerre.




Angelica Angel took the lead after 1000m. Dessert Girl didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Turbo Speed galloped way to long and was disqualified. Maple Leaf Hero suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 20 m.




Dessert Girl looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Turbo Speed gallopped for 40 m.



Dessert Girl kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Chien De Guerre won the race after a spectacular finish.
