One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Little Towel could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




This is the positions after 500m. Precious One, Stunning Maid, Speedy Turf, Legend Of Legends, Rex Francorum, Little Towel, Special Thrill, Let´s Dance.




Speedy Turf looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Special Thrill couldn't come out from behind the leader, Precious One.



Legend Of Legends was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Speedy Turf looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Rex Francorum couldn't come out from behind the leader, Precious One.






Little Towel sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
