The sun was shining on Drammen today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Athletic Annie. Vend-a-face ended up behind the leader. Citygirl got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Wixibixi C.S. sprinted to the front. Running Giggle was disturbed and galoped 20 m.




Citygirl took the lead after 1000m. Athletic Annie didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Floating Love galoped after 1000m and lost 20 m. Ticking Wind suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 30 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Citygirl followed by Vend-a-face and Running Giggle. Lane two Athletic Annie followed by Wixibixi C.S. and Veille Mon Suivre.



Veille Mon Suivre was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Athletic Annie litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Athletic Annie didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
