One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Climbing Boulder took the lead after a very quick start. Tuomas Pakkanen wanted a little to much in the start and Helpful Hero galoped for 30 m.




Fighting Ship quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Max Puma looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Intelligent Strategy couldn't come out from behind the leader, Fighting Ship. Helpful Hero suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 50 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Fighting Ship followed by Climbing Boulder and Memento Mori. Lane two Intelligent Strategy followed by Max Puma and Turning Princess.



Fighting Ship looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Fighting Ship kept the speed the whole finish and won before Max Puma and Memento Mori.
