The sun was shining on Solvalla today. A perfect day for trotting.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Old Tank. Copenhagen Princess ended up behind the leader. La Changhe Monsiuer got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Cranberry was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified.

Glory Hunter quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Bard took the lead after 1000m. Old Tank didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Copenhagen Princess galloped for 60m and was disqualified.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Bard today. It continued in the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and In The Light gallopped for 20 m. Copenhagen Princess started to gallop after 1500m and Marcus M Melander had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

Bard sat safely in the lead after 2000m.

Bard kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

No-one could catch Bard today who won before Old Tank and La Changhe Monsiuer.
