One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Flower Starshine found a gap and took the lead. Lyon Bourbon followed before Athletic Annie. When the startcar left the field Moonlight Deluxe started to galop and lost 40 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Mr. Cherry Man, Flower Starshine, Splash Easy, Athletic Annie, Moonlight Deluxe, Lyon Bourbon, King Of Gotland, Stretching Peach.




Mr. Cherry Man clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Moonlight Deluxe accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Lyon Bourbon was first on the homestretch followed by Moonlight Deluxe and Flower Starshine.

Flower Starshine was disturbed and galopped for 50 m.




Moonlight Deluxe never caught up with Lyon Bourbon who won. Mr. Cherry Man came third.
