One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Ten Of Clubs took the lead after a very quick start. When the startcar left the field Ten Of Clubs started to galop and lost 20 m. Fight For Freedom showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galloping.

This is the positions after 500m. Fair Sky, Cam Neely, Sleepy Pie, Paint It Black, Jack Gibraltar, Calming Plan, Tough Investigation, Maximus.

The leader got disturbed by something and Cam Neely took the lead rather easily. Tough Investigation galloped for 60m and was disqualified.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Cam Neely followed by Douze and Sleepy Pie. Lane two Paint It Black followed by Ten Of Clubs and General Beard. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Tough Investigation gallopped for 50 m.

Douze litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Jack Gibraltar galopped for 50 m on the homestretch. Calming Plan galopped for 40 m on the homestretch.

Maximus sprinted over the finishline before Douze and General Beard.
