Start List
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Running Girl. Close Fist ended up behind the leader. Duncan Brady got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. driver couldn't keep Ont De Paradis to trotting so they were disqualified. Intelligent Strategy quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Jack Gibraltar galloped way to long and was disqualified. Close Fist sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Standings after 1500m . Lane one Close Fist followed by Gentleman Stone and Burn Out. Lane two Intelligent Strategy followed by Pulsedrive and Cam Neely. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Blue Hotel gallopped for 20 m. Close Fist didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead. Close Fist sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch. Gentleman Stone sprinted over the finishline before Close Fist and Cam Neely. Results
