One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Essere Riconoscere. Honourable Architecture ended up behind the leader. X. J. Spider got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




This is the positions after 500m. X. J. Spider, Essere Riconoscere, Montreal Figher, De Débardeur, Honourable Architecture, Mustang Beach, Rugged Satellite, Boy Back Home.




Montreal Figher sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Captain Of Heart galoped after 1000m and lost 10 m.




Essere Riconoscere saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Rugged Satellite gallopped for 20 m.



Essere Riconoscere was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Mustang Beach was first on the homestretch followed by Montreal Figher and Honourable Architecture.






Mustang Beach didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
