The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.

Stopping Power could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Rocky Votolato suddenly started to galop. Oscar Ginman had to struggle to get Rocky Votolato to tror again and succeded after 30 m. When the startcar left the field Lonely Sunshine started to galop and lost 30 m.

High Blue saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Rocky Votolato started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

The leader got disturbed by something and Lonely Sunshine took the lead rather easily. Rocky Votolato suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 40 m.

With only a little left of the race Ticking Wind galoped for 40 m. The leader got disturbed by something and Winnipeg Gold Digger took the lead rather easily.

Stopping Power sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
