One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Afrodite. Criminal Or What ended up behind the leader. Gentleman Pirate got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Sliding Sword sprinted to the front. A bird flew just in front of Opposing Pie who started to galop and lost 40 m. Fahrenheit started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Gentleman Pirate sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Sognare Lontano suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 10 m.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Gentleman Pirate followed by Afrodite and Sliding Sword. Lane two Criminal Or What followed by Opposing Pie and Criminal Moon. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Criminal Or What gallopped for 20 m. Fahrenheit showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.

Big Rock galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Gentleman Pirate kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Opposing Pie was disturbed and galopped for 10 m.

Final standings. 1 Criminal Or What, 2 Gentleman Pirate, 3 Afrodite.
