One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Forest Glen Trotter. Ghostbuster ended up behind the leader. Winnipeg Gold Digger got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.

Frasses Tolfte quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

The leader got disturbed by something and Rugged Pirate took the lead rather easily. Frasses Tolfte was disturbed and galoped 20 m.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Rugged Pirate today. It continued in the lead. Winnipeg Gold Digger galloped for 30 m.

Abruzova seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead.

With only a little left of the race Fagerviks Stunning Bouguet galoped for 40 m. Rugged Pirate litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Rugged Pirate kept the speed the whole finish and won before Forest Glen Trotter and Abruzova.
