The weather had been good all week and Gävle was in good shape.

Fighting Sniper took the lead after a very quick start. When the startcar left the field Holy Maid started to galop and lost 30 m.




Journey To Paradise was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Journey To Paradise followed by Fighting Sniper and General Beard. Lane two Honourable Asteroid followed by Eyes To Fear and Texas Blind Snake.




Honourable Asteroid didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead. Texas Blind Snake gallopped 50 m after 2000m.



Honourable Asteroid sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Eyes To Fear galop. Eyes To Fear lost 10 m. Holy Maid was disturbed and galopped for 20 m.




Honourable Asteroid kept the speed the whole finish and won before Journey To Paradise and Fighting Sniper.
