The sun was shining on Bodø and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Spancil Hill could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Giggling Girl was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Travelling Wish sprinted to the front.




Ice Border took the lead after 1000m. Spancil Hill didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Viens Véritable was disturbed and galoped 30 m.




Spancil Hill accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Spancil Hill looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Final standings. 1 Giggling Girl, 2 Odilon, 3 Spancil Hill.
