Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Ping Pong Laugh. De Medeci ended up behind the leader. Big Sound got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Not For Granted was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m. Joyeux suddenly started to galop. Hans Christian Holm had to struggle to get Joyeux to tror again and succeded after 30 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Not For Granted, Universe Magic, Big Sound, De Medeci, Ping Pong Laugh, Advanced Printer, Opposing Spring, Naranja Star. A bird flew just in front of Baltikum Rīga who started to galop and lost 40 m.

Not For Granted was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. De Medeci was disturbed and galoped 20 m.

Ping Pong Laugh was still in the lead after 1500m.

Ping Pong Laugh was first on the homestretch followed by Big Sound and Not For Granted.

Big Sound won the race after a spectacular finish.
