Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Färjestad track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Mystery Jackpot found a gap and took the lead. Going For Gold followed before High Connection. Rauno Pöllänen wanted a little to much in the start and Shining Lady galoped for 30 m.




Traveller quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Flying Pirate sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Traveller accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



With only a little left of the race Going For Gold galoped for 20 m. Traveller were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Erik Berglöf tried a little too much on the homestretch and Only The Beginning started to galopp and lost 50 m.




Glory Story won the race after a spectacular finish.
