One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Elegant Cookie found a gap and took the lead. Singing Wind followed before Under A Tree.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Elegant Cookie was disturbed and galoped 20 m. Under A Tree galoped after 1000m and lost 10 m.

Electric Eye never caught up with Singing Wind who won. Beautiful In White came third.
